    The South Branch Wildlife Management Area (WMA) includes four tracts in the narrow valley region of the South Branch of the Potomac River known as The traditionally hunted among the tracts includes deer, dove, fox, squirrel, and turkey, and the South Branch accommodates fishing for bass, panfish, and catfish.       WASHINGTON — A new way to drive across the Potomac River that avoids the traffic-clogged Beltway has the support of Virginia transportation leaders, even .   The South Branch River's lower catch-and-release area (all bass must be released) starts at the Romney Bridge just outside the town of Romney and runs downstream miles to the Blues Beach Bridge.
